Job Summary: Neoarchi Inc. in Rolling Meadows, IL seeks Software Engineer who could Design various system interfaces from SAP system to downstream and upstream systems while working on the file-based, XML-based, IDOC, PO based Interfaces.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible to develop and deliver SAP S4 Hana and Fiori UI Apps with CDS Views and OData, User exits, and ABAP Programming. Developed SAP S4 Hana Fiori apps and provided techno-functional support on SAP UI/UX functionality (SAP Fiori). Developing SAP S4 Hana Fiori Apps UI/UX with the leverage of SAP cloud platform, WebIDE development, SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Portal services, OData services, Portal Services, configuration & customize Fiori apps and Launchpad, FIORI app extensions. Deploying Fiori UI apps and Production Support. Facilitating Business meetings, managing product roadmaps, and gathering business and technical requirements. Analyze requirements and convert the customer insights into actionable initiatives. Determining Project strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps. Conducting customer-centric deep dive sessions to gather complex requirements and convert them into required business solutions. Documenting the SAP functional & technical specifications and configuring the required customizations in SAP System. Enabled the timely and successful delivery of project milestones. Developed, tracked, and managed the project plan, risks, and mitigations, and change management components. Creating test plans and test scripts, working with Users to get UAT(User Acceptance Test), and liaising with the business team to get the UAT approvals to move the changes to the SAP Production system. Facilitated working sessions with subject matter experts and key stakeholders across several business functions. Responsible for driving effective scrum ceremonies including daily scrum, backlog grooming, Sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives with the project t in onsite and offshore. Project Management activities including project scoping, estimation, planning, risk management, finalization of technical/functional specifications, etc. Expertise in business analyst and product owner role (SDLC methodologies: waterfall & agile, requirements gathering, gap analysis, use case creation, mock-up design, Functional Specification Document (FSD) creation, backlog refinement, authoring user stories, user stories prioritization, sprint planning, sprint demos). Formulates recovery plans or assesses impact if not recoverable and escalates as appropriate. Responsible for proactively identifying variances to plan and developing appropriate mitigation plans. Formulates corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan with the assistance of team members.
Essential Requirements: Must be willing to travel and relocate to unanticipated client locations in the U.S. 100% telecommuting from home allowed from anywhere in the United States when not at a client site.
Must possess 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related SAP position.
