Duties & Essential Requirements:
• Required to have at least 2 to 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Core HR.
• Experience working with global users and teams. Work with onsite/offshore team
• Work with IT/business users (across regions) and identify business requirements, conduct CRP workshops, demos, design walkthroughs, POV/POC, key users training (for UAT), etc.
• Perform setup/config, testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions.
• Confirm unit testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions (workflow, triggers, forms, etc.)
• Work towards solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live.
• Must possess good communication and client handling skills.
